Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn item in its original Boccia Titanium packaging, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty booklets are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
